Immune Boost Tea Recipe - Make at Home Warm Your Heart

February 12, 2018 Dr. V. Spencer

Are you experiencing cough, sniffles or a runny nose? What can you do about a sore throat, nasty mucus or lethargic feeling before it gets bad? Does your body ache, eyes run, or head spin? You may be experiencing Flu-like symptoms just like your co-workers or children who drag everything home.

The so-called Flu is terrible this year, (just like every other year) if you don’t know what to do about it. The winter weather changes so much that it is difficult to keep up. Those who pay attention to their bodies, boost their immune system and take plenty of Vitamin C are sure to stay ahead of this epidemic that leaves many poor souls in the bed for weeks or worse!

Because we care about you, our Client and want you to have a wonderful month filled with love and laughter, we have put together a quick and easy tea that will have you feeling just fine. Make it for yourself or your Sweetheart. Be sure to share this with your friends and on social media, so your world can be a Sneeze-Free Zone!

This Immune Boosting Mix will soothe throats, reduce mucus, and prevent chills. Lime will give vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Ginger will settle the stomach and relieve muscle aches and pains. Apple Cider Vinegar provides a mild detox and maintains a healthy pH / alkaline level. Dis-ease cannot live in a healthy environment.

Immune Boost Tea - Make at Home Recipe

Dr. V.'s Immune Boost Tea - Make At Home Recipe to Warm Your Heart

  1. Add 2 Cups of Bottled Water to a pot
  2. Bring to a Boil
  3. Take Pot off the Heat

Add the following ingredients and stir.

  • 1 Tablespoon of Ginger (Powdered or Fresh Ground)
  • 1 Key Lime Squeezed (Small Green Lime with Seeds Removed)
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • A pinch of Cayenne Pepper if you dare to build up warm heat from the inside

Drink half a cup 3 times daily and before bed for a Quick Immune Boast. Drink half a cup once or twice a day for preventative measures which means you are feeling pretty good, but are around different people who cough, sneeze or sound hoarse.  For children drink 1/3 a cup twice a day.

If you still are feeling sick, give Dr. Spencer a call for an appointment.
